Petroleum Development of Oman (PDO) has announced that due to construction work in the Ras Al Hamra development project, Marjan Beach will be closed from Monday, October 16, until further notice. Marjan Beach is a popular spot for snorkellers and is different from other sand beaches in Musact, It is situated close to PDO Recreation Club.
